Chapter 9 summary

In chapter 9 most off Ralph's tribe leaves for jacks tribe. Most of them gathered firewood for there fire. When all of a sudden everyone notecied Simon was missing. They figured he was out doing something. Ralph's tribe traveled to the land where Jacks tribe was for a big feast. They tried to call a meeting, but it ended badly. They started talking about Simons death and Jack and Ralph got in a fight over who's fault it was that the fire went out. I feel if the boys would have been more worried and mature about stuff, then Simon would still be alive. They were all to busy arguing nd fighting about stuff to realize what was going on. I believe that Jack has a really bad controlling problem. That is why most of the boys don't like him. - Kiersten Swinderman
